An ANIMATION & FILM-MAKING project for the CAC!
On one Saturday morning a month beginning in September the Children’s Committee will begin working together to create a fabulous film promoting and featuring the incredible artists of the Community Arts Center! This is your chance to work with our Lego and digital arts teacher, Margaret Ewing, and other young artists to create a new short film for the CAC to post on our website, showing the world what wonderful things can happen when art comes to life. The committee will start by coming up with an idea and then as a group, write a script, create sets, and shoot live action video and stop motion animation footage. Finally we will edit the footage and add graphics, sound effects and music to finalize this magnificent movie!
Participation in the Community Arts Center’s Children’s Committee is FREE and open to all CAC members ages 7 - 14. All children participating must be registered at least one day before a meeting of the group.
