Double the amazing – a hands-on class to make two of America’s most popular foods today, sushi and dim sum. Your Jeffrey A Miller Catering party chef will guide you through impressive techniques teaching you how to make maki-sushi, hand-rolls, then onto dumplings, shumai and spring rolls. You’ll learn the traditional fillings from us, then, we want to see you turn these into signature dishes by creating your own fillings to share at the end of class as we enjoy a family style Asian meal.
