Mindfulness is the awareness that develops as we learn to pay attention to the present moment, non-judgmentally.
World wide, tens of thousands of people have completed a program called mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, MBSR is supported by over two decades of research.

During this workshop, you will learn and practice essential formal and informal mindfulness practices as taught in MBSR.
