Course Description

Using a variety of media - watercolor, acrylics, inks, pens and crayons and whatever is comfortable for you – we will experiment and create a piece of art that will move beyond your usual work.

Required Supplies

140lb cold press watercolor paper; Strathmore Aquarius II, Yupo, Gesso coated wc paper or a brand you prefer or are comfortable using.
Acrylic colors
F & W inks
Dr. Martins's Hydrus concentrated liquid colors (2 or 3 )
#2 charcoal pencil, drawing pencils, pens and conte crayons
sketches and or photos of subjects you prefer
suggested material - not required
spray bottle
sponge roller
wax paper
board for support of 16x24 paper
newspaper to protect table
rubber gloves
apron or old shirt
