Art journaling combines habitual self expression with a wide variety of mixed media art techniques in a fun and rewarding art-as-therapy practice. Whether you're looking for a more colorful way to chronicle your thoughts and experiences, wanting to expand your personal artistic practice, or anything in between, art journaling can help!  This series will break journaling down into three basic components: backgrounds, focal points, and sentiments/writing.  Each session will focus primarily on one of the building blocks, examining new mixed media techniques or approaches while creating a fully finished page every class.
