Each week students will discover the life and works of the world's best know and loved artists. We will explore the techniques used by the famous artists using a variety of mediums to create their very own masterpieces. Join us and meet new friends! We'll explore Frida Kahlo-Mexican painter of expressive portraits, Vincent Van Gogh-Dutch Post-Impressionist painter, Salvador Dali-Spanish surrealist painter, Andy Warhol-American visual artist and leading figure in Pop Art, Pablo Picasso-Spanish painter, cubism, surrealism and Yayoi Kusama-Japanese contemporary artist, "Princess of Polka Dots" known for live performance art, which the students will display for the audience at the last session of class.
