Create an impactful and meaningful vision board for 2024 & beyond! Vision Boards are one of the most powerful ways we can express and then live our intentions goals and dreams. Done well, vision boards are a powerful, concrete way for you to express your deepest intentions. Many people (including your instructors) have created vision boards and had the very images/ideas come to pass! If you are interested in starting off your New Year with clarity and purpose, this workshop is for you.
This workshop is not just about selecting imagery and gluing it down in a pleasing design. We begin with meditations and somatic practices to get you grounded and present. We will follow this with some introspective journaling using prompts to allow you to envision your desired future.
Then you will have plenty of time to work on an aesthetically pleasing and powerful vision board..one that can carry you onward into a more meaningful life.
