Artist/Graphic Designer John Plymak is excited to offer this exploration of oil pastels, which have unique properties that are similar to oil painting, in a convenient pastel form. Class will consist of explanation, examples, and demos of oil pastels, followed by exercises for the student to become familiar with the media, and conclude with a simple still life pastel painting.
