This class invites students to explore creative expression through the lens of outsider art, combining hands-on projects with collaborative performance. Artists, as a group, will conceptualize, write, build out, and perform their own show. Class time will be spent working on writing, building sets, puppets, and performance while studying examples of established and unconventional artists.

Along the way, participants will gain confidence in their artistic voice, develop teamwork skills, and learn resourceful ways to turn ideas into tangible works of art.

The program culminates in a live show, where students showcase their creations within a collective and eclectic performance.
