In this class designed for homeschooled children, we will explore both nature and art on a weekly basis. Taking to the [parklands around campus we will have the opportunity to observe and explore the river, lake, forest and wildlife. Back in the classroom, students will explore both Action Elements and Art Elements allowing them to recreate or further explore what the observed in nature. This structure will allow children to move around in nature to experiment with how the natural world works and process their findings in artful ways. Each session will end with an open house on the last day of class.
