Supporting Our Staff:

Across our state and the country, nonprofits are reporting difficulties in filling staff positions.  This will be a working session all about benefits – what does your organization currently offer to employees, and what are you considering for the future?  The discussion will be rooted in data from FNA’s annual Nonprofits Survey and the Compensation and Benefits report.
