This introductory session is an opportunity to explore where your organization stands with regard to succession planning and what it can look like when well organized. 

This session serves as an invitation to consider participation in the FutureStrong Succession Planning Cohort, an 8-month program will lead a maximum of 20 nonprofit organizations in developing customized, board-ready succession plans through a blend of interactive group training and 1:1 executive coaching. Designed for mid- to large-size nonprofits, this program emphasizes sustainability, leadership development, and preparation for a strong continuum.

You are not required to commit to participating in the cohort to attend the information session. But those attending will have first opportunity to sign up if interested. 

Session Objective: To create awareness, urgency, and commitment around succession planning by showing nonprofit leaders the real risks of avoiding it and the transformational impact of doing it well.
