The Business of Nonprofit Leadership, also called the Executive Leadership Boot Camp for Nonprofit Decision makers, is a new Cohort learning program offered in partnership with Nova Southeastern University's Center for Public Service Innovation and Research. The program is an intensive five-day leadership immersion designed for new nonprofit leaders (under 5 years experience), as well as rising mid level to senior leaders and decision makers on track for leadership roles.  Organizations should have budget sizes between $500,000 and $5,000,000. 

This cohort is limited to 10 participants for maximum engagement and real-time application.  A $250 investment per participant will be expected upon enrollment in the program. Your organization will be invoiced upon registration completion. An action grant will be awarded after program completion.

• design a ready-to-launch strategic plan tailored to the organization's mission and goals
• build a comprehensive organizational improvement plan to address structure, operations, and culture
• strengthen their financial sustainability through advanced budgeting, planning, and financial management strategies
• create a personalized leadership development roadmap to guide your professional growth and succession planning
