Emerging Leader Fellowship: Leadership Development for Small Nonprofits

The Emerging Leader Fellowship is designed for rising nonprofit leaders from small and emerging organizations with annual budgets under $500,000. This 7-month, cohort-based program provides foundational leadership development and practical education tailored to small nonprofit needs.

Fellows will strengthen leadership skills and build core knowledge in governance, financial acumen, fundraising, HR, tech, and communication, and strengthen leadership through cultural awareness, change management, vision, and ethics.

Learning takes place through a blend of in-person sessions, virtual learning, and asynchronous modules via the Level Up Nonprofit Accelerator (LUNA) platform.

Program fee: $75, invoiced upon registration. Participants who successfully complete the program will be eligible for an Action Grant from the Community Foundation of Broward.
