The Business of Nonprofit Leadership Bootcamp is a five-day, in-person immersion for nonprofit professionals ready to take on greater responsibility. Offered in partnership with Nova Southeastern University's Center for Public Service Innovation and Research, it's built for leaders who want to run stronger, steadier organizations. No sitting through theory. You'll build real tools alongside NSU faculty and a small cohort of peers facing the same challenges you are.

You'll walk away with four ready-to-use plans:

• A strategic plan aligned to your mission and goals
• An organizational improvement plan for structure, operations, and culture
• A financial sustainability plan built on smart budgeting and forecasting
• A personal leadership roadmap that supports your growth and your succession planning

• A newer nonprofit leader (under 5 years) ready to lead with confidence

• Leading an organization with a $500K to $5M budget

• Where: NSU Davie Campus
• Investment: $250 per participant, invoiced at registration. Complete the program and your organization earns an action grant.
