LEADERSHIP COHORT: Financial Resilience Initiative
Hybrid | Available
Financial Resilience Initiative
Nonprofit leaders are navigating more uncertainty than ever, and the ability to make confident, mission-protecting decisions has never mattered more. The Financial Resilience Initiative is a cohort-based learning experience built to help executive directors and senior leaders strengthen their organization's ability to adapt, evaluate strategic options, and act decisively when the path forward isn't clear.
Through facilitated workshops, practical frameworks, and peer learning, participants will dig into their organization's intended impact, core competencies, market position, and financial health, while also examining the external forces shaping their community and sector. The cohort culminates in the Matrix Map, a tool for visualizing and evaluating an organization's business model, and a final session where leaders translate their insights into an actionable resilience plan.
