PEER COHORT: Resilience Bootcamp
Hybrid | Unavailable
Nonprofit leaders are navigating a moment of profound uncertainty — shifting funding streams, rising community needs, changing public policies, staff burnout, donor fatigue, and increasing pressure to do more with less. The Resilience Bootcamp helps nonprofit leaders step back from the urgency of the moment and strengthen the core capacities their organizations need to adapt, endure, and move forward with clarity. Through a practical exploration of leadership, governance, financial, narrative, and relational resilience, participants will assess where their organizations are strong, where they are vulnerable, and what focused actions can build greater stability, trust, and readiness for the future.
This six-week intensive cohort is delivered in a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual sessions.
