The Business of Nonprofit Leadership Bootcamp, offered in partnership with NSU's Center for Public Service Innovation and Research, is an intensive five-day cohort for new and emerging nonprofit leaders who want to strengthen the skills that drive high-performing organizations.

You will learn how to:

• Build a practical strategic plan aligned with your mission and goals
• Create an organizational improvement plan covering structure, operations, and culture
• Strengthen financial sustainability through budgeting and sound financial management
• Design a personalized leadership roadmap that supports long-term growth and succession planning

Program Details

• Limited to 10 participants for maximum engagement
• Who Should Attend: New nonprofit leaders (under 5 years experience) and rising mid-level to senior leaders on track for top leadership roles
• Eligibility: Organizations with annual budgets of $500K to $5M
• Investment: $250 per participant, plus an action grant upon successful completion
