LEADERSHIP COHORT: FutureStrong Succession Planning COHORT 2

In Person\On Site | Available

FutureStrong Succession Planning Cohort
FutureStrong guides up to 10 nonprofits through building customized, board-ready succession plans. The program combines interactive group training with 1:1 executive coaching. It's designed for mid- to large-size nonprofits with annual budgets of $1M or more and focuses on sustainability, leadership development, and continuity.

THE PROBLEM: Unexpected Things Happen
  • Leadership transitions are inevitable. 67% of nonprofit leaders plan to leave their positions within 5 years.
  • Few nonprofits are prepared. Only 27% have a formal succession plan in place.
  • Your mission depends on leadership continuity.

THE SOLUTION: A Practical Path to Succession Readiness
Program Structure
  • 8-month cohort: Learn with peer organizations facing similar challenges, share insights, and build lasting professional relationships.
  • 3 group training sessions + Capstone Lab: Interactive workshops build your knowledge step by step, ending in a hands-on session to finalize your plan.
  • 12 hours of 1:1 coaching: Personalized guidance for your organization's needs and goals.
