INFO SESSION: Learning to Lead Academy

Virtual Live Class | Available

Are you a mid level manager interested in growing your leadership skills and potential?  Or are you a senior leader looking to build your team's management skills and the leadership pipeline in your organization?

Join the Nonprofit Center and Dr. Julie Radlauer from Collectively for an INFORMATION SESSION introducing the Learning to Lead Academy! This session will provide an overview of the program, preview the objectives and outcomes, and explain the cost, registration deadline, and expectations for the program. There will also be time to ask questions.  The Broward Center for Nonprofit Excellence is proud to partner with Collectively to bring you this learning opportunity!

The Learning to Lead Academy is specifically designed for mid-level managers who have been in their roles for more than a year and have leadership potential. Focusing on this level within organizations creates an opportunity to develop the leadership pipeline and create the next generation of leadership. The cohort max size is 25 participants, and the content is designed to be interactive and immediately applicable.

Collectively has been offering Leadership training through the Learning to Lead Academy for over 20 years and has trained over 340 nonprofit leaders. The academy is a 6- month program, hosted 1 day per month, with leaders representing multiple non-profit and funding organizations. In addition to 6 full day sessions, new leaders also get to experience executive coaching with 2 sessions per participant.

Interested but not available on this day? You may still register - we will send a recording to all who register.
