Learn how to manipulate wire and sheet to create organic forms in wire and hollow forms for jewelry making. We will explore traditional hammering and forging techniques as well as anti-classic hollow forming to expand your technical repertoire and pique your creativity!

  • An $8 material fee to be paid to instructor.
  • Bring copper and sterling sheet @ 22 guage, and copper and sterling wire @ 4-10 gauge.

Holly Goeckler is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a BFA from the University of the Arts and an MFA from Southern Illinois University. Holly has been creating jewelry and hollowware for more than twenty five years. Her current work explores alternative jewelry processes combining paper with precious metal, conventional jewelry making techniques and contemporary technology.
