Explore mosaics! Learn how to control the shaping of ceramic and glass tiles to create rhythmic designs. David will introduce you to mosaic traditions and techniques that inspire his work, such as patterns in Islamic designs and Amish quilts. Students will have a choice for what they want to mosaic – whether it is a functional piece like a picture frame, or a decorative mosaic plaque.
