All-levels yoga is a breath-centered, vinyasa-style practice filled with the rhythmic movement and reflective meditation of ancient yoga practices. This energetic mat-based class will help you develop a greater sense of self-awareness, strength, balance and flexibility while tapping into your energy body.  Each class is unique but may include the many variations of Namaskars (Salutations) as well as accessible variations of standing postures, inversions, backbends, rotation, forward bends, and deep relaxation. Accessible for newer and intermediate students with variations provided for postures. Beginners and those with injuries should inform the teacher ahead of class and listen for options during class.

  • A class drop-in rate is also available for students who prefer to pay per class. Registration for drop ins will occur with the front office staff at the CAC instead of online. Please call ahead at 610-566-1713

The CAC will be closed April 3-8 for spring break.

Please Note:  This class is planned as an in-person class and we expect that it will run the full semester in person.  However, there is an ongoing need to adhere to guidance and safety practices in order to safely manage the COVID-19 situation.  The guidelines from state government and public health authorities change as time progresses and the CAC may need to make adjustments accordingly.  It is possible that this class will transition to an online format at some point during the semester.  In this case, tuition refunds will not be issued unless the CAC is unable to provide the same number of class sessions as initially planned either in person or in a remote format.
  • Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a large towel or blanket.
