Course Description

Looking to get your hands dirty? This might be it! This class will take place in the wheel room, but handbuilders can work on the large table. All are welcome, whatever feels right for you. Let's challenge ourselves and dive in!

Please bring basic clay tools, available for purchase at the CAC.
Clay is not included in lab fee.
Clay is not included in lab fee. Clay purchased with a class needs to be taken in the semeter it was purchased. Clay purchases do not carry from one semester to another.

Robert Deane

Bob Deane's Website Bob Deane is a potter and painter who was raised in the Media, PA area. He earned a B.F.A in Ceramics from Bloomsburg University in 1988. His work has been shown in many local stores and galleries. Recently, Bob has been immersed in working with local creek clay and discovering the connection between the ground he walks on and the artwork he creates. He currently teaches at the Community Arts Center in Wallingford, PA, at the Mainline Art Center and the Wayne Arts Center both on Philadelphia’s Main Line. Bob has been a member of the Wallingford Potter’s Guild since 1991.
