Study the Figure - 3D

This course will provide instruction on a block method for drawing and sculpting the human figure. Each week includes demonstrations on how to build the figure in 3-d and 2-d will be presented. In the following weeks, we will explore perspective, gesture, rhythm, and movement. Join us on this fun adventure with a live model.
Please note: Registration for this class is offered separately for drawing and ceramics. If you choose the ceramic as your medium, you will need to purchase clay.
- Supplies not included. Students can bring any medium they would like to use.
Clay (suggested clay body Soldate 60). Clay can be purchased with your registration or through the office. Must use CAC clay.

Tracey O'Hara
Tracey O’Hara is a local artist who studied the human figure at the Philadelphia College of Art. After college, Tracey pursued relief sculpture and received a MFA from Bridgeport University in Connecticut. Teaching became her primary focus for 30 years in Wilton, CT, while participating in art shows and gallery exhibitions throughout Connecticut. Tracey has extensive experience in all art mediums, from drawing to jewelry and fashion. She resides in Media and has joined the community art center as a ceramic student and painter.
