Let go of the idea of a meditation practice and cozy up to the idea of a few simple breaths. During this class we will explore simple breathing exercises that you can use anytime and anywhere and a variety of practices that can help you calm and connect with yourself. We will use art, outdoor explorations, positive affirmations and more as we connect to our own inner strength and the many simple ways we can love and care for ourselves in an enjoyable way!

Katie Cavuto
Katie Cavuto is a Social and Emotional Learning Specialist, Yoga Teacher and the founder of Cultivating Kindness. She believes in the importance of self-love to remind us of the gifts that we bring to the world and beauty of who we are. She promotes mindfulness and art as an important aspect of the classes she teaches and aims to cultivate a more kind and loving world, starting with the way we love and care for ourselves.
