Wet Felting for Fun
Spring Workshop | Available
Working with colorful wool roving, yarn, and pieces of silk, students will create a fiber painting. Through the wet felting process, we will turn this light and fluffy wool into a beautiful and permanent felt artwork. Learn how felting originated and how people around the world work with and use felt! You can hang your artwork or create a set of coasters or trivets.
Quality Merino wool and all supplies are included in the fee. Participants may also bring 100% natural fibers to include.
Students will need to supply:
Aprons or "messy clothes"
1 Large old clean beach or bath towel to cover table to soak up excess water
