Join us for a fun and delicious culinary workshop - perfect date night with loved ones! You'll learn how to make a delicious, plant-based version of the beloved Sichuan dish, Dandan Noodles. This vegan take stays true to the bold, spicy, and savory flavors of the original while replacing meat with rich, plant-based alternatives.
Throughout the workshop, you'll explore the technique of making a spicy sesame-peanut sauce, tangy chili oil, and a flavorful "meat" substitute other than tofu. You'll also explore the art of balancing heat, umami, and texture to create an unforgettable bowl of Dandan noodles.
