Exploring Mixed Media for ages 9-12

Winter Class | Registration opens Wednesday, November 5, 2025 12:01 AM EST

Join the fun as we mix and match drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, and more. Be inspired by the world around us, storytelling, and images from our imagination. We’ll start with guided experiences to see how different materials work together. Students are encouraged to pick their favorite ways to create mixed media art based on personal interests and ideas shared with classmates.

  • Please complete our Student Information Form for each child attending a semester class or workshop.
Fill out and save form to your computer and then you can email it to info@communityartscenter.org
We must have this form filled out, signed and returned to the CAC office before the start of your child's class or workshop.

PLEASE NOTE: If your child is a WSSD student and plans to take the bus directly from school to Community Arts Center, please be sure to make the bus selection when registering for this program.

  • All materials are provided by CAC including 9x12 Sketchbook, pencil, eraser and other mixed media materials.
