Mid-Week Mud Romp for Wheel Throwers

Looking to get your hands dirty? This might be it! This is a handbuilders class but wheel throwers can sit in while the handbuilders work on the large table. All are welcome, whatever feels right for you. Let's challenge ourselves and dive in!

The Community Arts Center will be closed for Spring Break from 3/29/26-4/5/26.
Class will not meet on 4/1/26.
This is an 8-week class.
- Clay is not included in lab fee. Creek Clay can be purchased with registration.
All other clay bodies must be purchased through the office. Clay purchase can be made first day of class or as needed via email, by phone and/or in person during office hours. Please note specific clay body when placing order. Porcelain clay bodies (257 and 437) are priced at $60 per unit. Non-porcelain clay bodies are priced at $35 per unit. Purchase in advance of class and present receipt to instructor before collecting clay.
Please note: Students who wish to fire work in the soda kiln and are currently registered in a class that is not soda kiln specific can do so for an additional $20 fee/semester. Only available to students who have previously taken a soda specific class or workshop at CAC.
- Please bring basic clay tools, available for purchase at the CAC.
