Upcycle Your Silver in Multiple Ways
Spring Workshop | Available
Learn how to recycle your own silver to make Jewelry. Bring your clean silver scrap to class. We will explore water casting, sand casting, ingot pouring and more! Participants may bring a lunch or go out for lunch.
- Please bring $15 in cash to pay the instructor a materials fee that covers sand, cool slip spray, badger balm, precious metal clay products, textures, cutters, etc.
Please bring to class:
- Clean silver scrap to recycle
- Ultra fine black Sharpie
- N95 dust mask
- An apron, secured hair, and closed toes shoes.
- Lunch & water bottle

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and was a middle school teacher in Philadelphia before my children were born. Now as a second career, I'm teaching Beginning Jewelry at the CAC and occasional workshops at Blue Santa Beads. I enjoy taking Interweave classes from teachers around the country in my spare time and I've also dabbled in oil painting, watercolors, and pottery.
