Course Description

Suminagashi is a Japanese art form that translates as "black ink flow". However, in this class we will utilize bright, vibrant colors in addition to black ink. Learn how to make intricate marbled designs by floating ink on the surface of water; capturing it on various surfaces including paper and textile. Turn your marbled designs into unique, mixed-media works of art.
