Intergenerational Wheel 2 hours

Spring Class | Available

This 2-hour wheel class is a supportive and inclusive studio environment for potters at all experience levels! Beginners can learn the fundamentals with hands on instruction and more experienced potters can have the space and time to experiment with more advanced throwing, trimming and glazing techniques.

SCHEDULE NOTES:
This class meets 12 times on nonconsecutive Mondays from 3/16/26 to 6/15/26.
No class on 3/30 and 5/25.
The Community Arts Center will be closed for Spring Break from 3/29/26-4/5/26, and for Memorial Day on 5/25/26.
The Memorial Day make-up class is on 6/15/26.

  • Wear comfortable clothes. It gets messy!

    You must complete a Student Information Form for each child (below the age of 18) attending a semester class or workshop. Form URL: https://reg127.imperisoft.com/Pages/System/File.aspx?id2=6556
    Fill out, sign, and email the form to info@communityartscenter.org. This form must be returned to the CAC office BEFORE the first class date.

    If your child is a WSSD student and plans to take the bus directly from school to Community Arts Center:
    - You must make the bus selection when registering for this program AND indicate the same on the Student Information Form.
    - Contact your child’s school/teacher directly to make them aware of the day/days your child is being bussed to the Community Arts Center to ensure they travel on the correct bus on the appropriate days.
    -     Those selecting the bus option after MARCH 2 cannot be guaranteed after-school bus transportation to CAC the first week of Spring Semester

  • Clay is included in the lab fee. Please bring basic clay tools. We will also have tools to share! Only one bag of clay is included in the lab fee. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL CLAY DURING THE SEMESTER PLEASE PURCHASE IT THROUGH THE OFFICE.
