Clay Camp - Hand Building
Fall Workshop | Registration opens Wednesday, August 5, 2026 6:00 AM EDT
Wouldn't it be great to spend every day, all day with clay?! Bring ideas and enthusiasm to this 4-day workshop. The focus will be individual projects and goals with time to work on the process from beginning to end. Nadia Bond and Jessica Leis, along with your colleagues, will provide inspiration, demonstrations and advice.
Students must have previous experiece working with clay and can work independently.
Those not registering for a Fall Semester ceramics class will not have a cubby.
- Clay is not included in lab fee. Clay is to be purchased through the office. Purchase can be made via email, by phone and/or in person during office hours. Please note specific clay body when placing order. Porcelain clay bodies (257 and 437) are priced at $60 per unit. Non-porcelain clay bodies are priced at $35 per unit. Purchase in advance of class and present receipt to instructor before collecting clay.

Jessica Leis
Jessica Leis is a ceramic artist in Philadelphia Pa. who believes the objects we hold, and use deserve a human touch, because small moments of joy in a day are what make life nice.
