Course Description

This is a workshop for all artists who want to expand their horizons. Learn to stretch your creative muscles. Discover new ways to enrich your present painting techniques. Collage elements, acrylic inks, limited printmaking, will all add to your creative method. We can work with 'failed' paintings or start fresh. Either way, we'll create vibrant, exciting mixed media works of art.

Required Supplies

GEL medium - matte finish is a must
Paper or canvas
Acrylic paint
Acrylic fluid inks
Waxed paper
Collage elements of your choice
Plastic joint applicators that can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes
Bring plastic sheet to cover for your table and a sponge for cleanup

Nancy Barch's Website Nancy has taught at CAC for over 12 years. She teaches both yearly classes and workshops of various media. As a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, the National Watercolor Society, and the Philadelphia Water Color Society, the work of Delaware County Artist Nancy has traversed the United States. She has garnered a number of coveted awards for her work in a variety a media including Best of Show in the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society.
