New Year Reset: An Immersive Yoga Experience
Winter Workshop | Registration opens Wednesday, November 4, 2026 6:00 AM EDT
Begin the new year with intention and self-care. This two-hour yoga workshop offers the opportunity to slow down, tune in, and enjoy a more spacious, meditative practice. With the gift of extended time, we'll explore a mindful blend of flowing movement, longer-held postures, gentle strengthening, deep stretching, breathwork, and meditation.
Mindfulness will be woven throughout the experience, inviting greater awareness of the body, breath, and present moment. The extended format allows participants to settle more deeply into each practice, release accumulated tension, and cultivate a stronger connection between body and mind. Optional hands-on alignment assistance will be offered to support greater comfort, ease, and understanding within the postures. Whether you're looking to recharge, reduce stress, or set a grounded tone for the year ahead, this workshop provides a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself and begin the new year feeling refreshed and renewed. (Open to Adults & Teens age 12+)
