Junk Journaling
Winter Class | Registration opens Wednesday, November 4, 2026 6:00 AM EDT
Whether you're continuing a beloved pre-existing scrapbook or junk journal, or creating your very first one, this workshop offers a fun and inspiring space to preserve memories and express your creativity. Through guided prompts and hands-on projects, participants will explore a variety of DIY art techniques that add personality and meaning to their work.
Learn how to create custom stickers, carve handmade stamps, design collages, and make your own paper ephemera. These unique creations can be incorporated into scrapbooks and journals, exchanged through artist trading, transformed into mail art, or used in a wide range of personal creative projects. No prior experience is needed, just bring your imagination and a willingness to experiment.
This course is open to Adults & Teens age 16+.
- Guardians must complete a Student Information Form for each child (below the age of 18) attending a semester class or workshop.

My teaching practice focuses on therapeutic and community-based techniques. I value and focus on the process of art exploration just as much as the finished product. I encourage storytelling and collaboration while experimenting with new artistic mediums. Above all, I aim to create an inclusive space where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and connecting with others through art.
