  • Zoom info is sent upon registration, and a contactless pick up will be coordinated for supplies.
  • Please Note: This class is being offered both in person and online.  Some students will participate through a Zoom meeting that is running on a laptop in the studio while the in person class is taking place. Video cameras will be used to give remote students visual access to the studio. If you are in the studio in person, you may appear on video from time to time.  By registering for this class you consent to appearing in the Zoom video.  The Zoom class sessions are not recorded and security measures are in place to prohibit anyone not registered for the class from logging into the Zoom session.

Juanita Gaspari is a sculptor living in Ridley, Pennsylvania. Her most recent works have been large scale butterflies made of wire and painted paper currently on exhibit at ArtFusion 19464 in Pottstown, PA. She also creates sculptures using clay, wood and stone. Juanita is influenced by creatures of nature; their colors, structures, movement, design, and personalities have sparked her curiosity since childhood inspiring the art she creates. Juanita earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in Sculpture along with a K-12 teaching certification in Art Education from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia in 1997; continuing her education through the Professional Institute for Educators also at UArts. Juanita has been teaching Pre-K through Eighth Grade students Visual Arts since 1999 in both public and private schools and community art centers. She feels that art education is a vital part of child development, a vocation she adores. Juanita exhibits frequently in group exhibitions.
