John Singer Sargent was an incredible artist who was well-known for his oil portraits. However, Sargent’s true love were his own watercolor paintings of landscapes throughout Europe and North America. This workshop examines these landscapes, looking at Sargent’s techniques, colors, composition and use of light and shadow. Participating painters will be able to create their own art based on Sargent’s work. Both beginner and more experienced painters are welcome.
