To assist you in preparing for this class, we have provided a link to the setup / test pages from the conference provider. If you have never used this conference service before please click on the link below so that your PC or device will be ready to participate in this class.

In this class, students will look at work by noted contemporary artists and discuss what they see and what they think is happening. The group will then give it a try to create their own work in this artists’ style exploring various art materials. A supply kit, containing all supplies for the class, will be included with registration.

Please note that this is an online class - a device with a camera, microphone, and Internet connection will be required in order to participate.

Amy Drago has 20 years teaching experience teaching young artists. After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan, she got her M.Ed. from University of Maryland in art education. She currently teaches for the Wakefield Public Schools and before that in Watertown, MA. She has 2 children in the Melrose Public Schools at both the middle and elementary level. When she is not teaching, she loves to draw and paint. “I love finding unique solutions to creative problems”. Her favorite part of teaching art to young children is watching the confidence of young artists grow and the joy it brings them.
