Reductive painting is a fun way of reworking old acrylic paintings. What a way to recycle old paintings.
After a demo of the process we will prepare a glaze and completely cover over the old painting and then remove portions of the glaze to create a new art piece! This process can revitalize a piece of art you've been stuck on, and opens new opportunities for creativity! 

Bring your own acrylic painting (up to size 11x14) OR use one of ours!


John Maciejowski is a painter and jewelry designer. He attended Tufts University, and earned a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
