Start signing today in this engaging, beginner-friendly course designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of American Sign Language (ASL). Whether you're learning for personal growth, professional development, or to better connect with the Deaf community, this course will help you build confidence in real-world communication.

Throughout this 8-week course, participants will learn essential ASL skills including basic vocabulary and phrases, fingerspelling (alphabet and numbers), and common greetings used in everyday conversations. You’ll also gain an introduction to Deaf culture and develop the ability to communicate effectively using facial expressions and gestures—an essential part of ASL.

Each class includes dedicated time for conversation practice, allowing you to apply what you’ve learned in a supportive, interactive environment.

• Duration: 8 weeks (No class the week of July 6)
