Join us for a fun hands on Sourdough Cookie and Discard Class. Learn how to make sourdough brown butter chocolate chip cookies and double chocolate chip cookies while discovering creative ways to use sourdough discard and care for your starter.

Participants will get to sample cookies in class and will also take home a sourdough starter and jar, baking tools, recipes with instructions, and cookie dough to bake at home.
