Allergies are on the rise and affecting more Americans than ever, with as many as 30 percent of adults and up to 40 percent of children having at least one allergy. The spring, summer, and fall months tend to bring many seasonal and environmental elements that can cause discomfort and concern almost daily. Whether you deal with itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, low energy, or breathlessness, there are natural options. Participants will create respiratory rollers and inhalers with pure essential oils for natural and powerful support during the spring months and beyond to ease these seasonal sensitivities.
