Learn the ins and outs and the history and future of all kinds of fermented beverages and, most specifically, beer. This includes a tour of the facility at Shy Bear Brewing in Lewistown. Participants in the course are invited to stay for dinner afterward. Many beer-making ingredients are incorporated into the food. All food and beverages are at each individual’s expense.
Instructor: Jason Ufema has been involved in a variety of beverage operations in the past, and his vast knowledge of the brewing process and food service led him to open Shy Bear in March 2018.
