This course will discuss estate-planning strategies and the tools to use in carrying them out, as well as protecting this plan and your independence.
Instructor: Amos Goodall has practiced law in State College since 1976. He is a retired fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and he is identified as a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (of which he is a past president). A frequent speaker in local and national forums, he received his J.D. degree from Fordham University and LLM from Stetson College of Law. He has been listed as a pre-eminent attorney by Martindale Hubbel for more than thirty years.
