During her demonstration, Diane will show you how to make her award-winning baklava. You will sample her fare and leave with the recipe and the confidence to bake a tray at home. Allergy alert: This baklava is made with walnuts.

Instructor: Diane Brown was taught by her mother in the Lebanese way of making baklawa (bak-la-wa), commonly known as baklava. Though it is traditionally prepared during holidays, Diane now makes more than fifteen trays of baklava a year.
