1 Session | Registration opens 3/3/25 8:00 AM EST
Poe Valley and Poe Paddy State Parks are popular local recreation sites in the Seven Mountains. But who was Poe Valley named for? Many believe it was the famous bard Edgar Allen Poe. But was he the namesake, or was it another Poe? This course uses new research to sort out who the valley was named for.
Instructor: Paul T. Fagley is a 1985 Penn State graduate, with a degree in recreation and parks.
