Visual Arts Annual Graduate Research Exhibition: Gallery Conversations

Featuring the work of the current Master of Fine Arts candidates, the “Annual Graduate Research Exhibition” includes several artists working in a variety of mediums. Candidates are challenged to effectively demonstrate the significance of their ideas and creative research. Join HUB-Robeson Galleries staff and students from the exhibition to talk about their installed works.
Instructor: Sarah Kipp received her BFA from Penn State in 2001 and MFA from Queens College in 2004, both in painting and drawing. She is a painter and performance artist who explores the politics of identity and the body. She believes in the transformative power of art and its ability to make the world a better place. Sarah has worked as the exhibition coordinator for HUB-Robeson Galleries at Penn State since 2013. In this role, she is primarily responsible for overseeing art handling and installations, managing student employees, and developing community engagement programs.
