You Can Sit and Still Be Fit!
1 Session | Registration opens 3/3/25 8:00 AM EST
Sitting for long periods can cause health complaints like muscle stiffness, shoulder tension, and back pain. Finding ways to get moving is very important. No need to run a marathon — small, healthy habits can make a big life difference. This course is perfect for people who may have some mobility issues. Chair exercises will be presented that focus on strengthening and stretching specific parts of the body, providing a head-to-toe workout. Posture exercises for a healthy spine will be included, along with mindful breathing exercises that wake up the muscles and help one feel refreshed.
